Contentify is a SaaS-based AI content automation platform. We provide tools to collect feeds, generate SEO-optimized text and images using artificial intelligence, and automatically publish the generated content to various connected platforms (e.g., WordPress, Odoo, Telegram).

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must ensure that your connected platforms and webhooks are legally yours to access and publish to.
• You agree not to use the Service for generating illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service utilizes advanced AI models to generate content based on your provided Business Identity and configuration. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing the content logs and the final output published to your platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the Business Identity data you provide. Any content generated by our Service on your behalf is owned by you. Contentify retains all rights to the platform's code, design, and underlying architecture.

6. Payment and Subscription

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and subscription tiers with prior notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contentify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including any issues arising from automated content publishing on third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
